Meet our founders
Queen Home Care was founded by Betty and Ronald Flores with a shared commitment to building an agency families can trust—one that combines genuine compassion with strong, dependable leadership.
Co-Founder • Care, Client Experience & Operations
Betty brings approximately five years of combined experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare, management, and customer support and service. Her background strengthens Queen Home Care’s person-centered approach by helping the team understand individual needs, communicate with patience and empathy, support caregivers, and provide families with responsive, attentive service.
Co-Founder • Business & Operations
Ronald brings more than ten years of investment experience and business management. His leadership supports the agency’s financial responsibility, organization, long-term planning, and sustainable growth—helping Queen Home Care remain dependable, well-managed, and prepared to serve more families without compromising the quality of care.
Together, Betty and Ronald blend compassionate care, excellent customer service, and responsible business leadership to create an agency where clients, families, and caregivers feel heard, respected, and supported.
